Every Branch connected to Xnvia has its own profile, which identifies the location within its Corporate network.

Keeping your Branch information accurate helps ensure that your location is correctly identified and managed.

Your Branch profile may include:

• Branch name and location.
• Branch identification number (Branch ID).
• Contact information.
• Assigned users and operational settings.

Updating your Branch information

Branch information is managed according to the permissions established by your Corporate account.
